Return policy
Return & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Returned items should be unused/unworn and in new condition. It must also be returned in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. We currently do not make online exchanges therefore we recommend returning your item for a refund and purchasing again.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. You may receive a refund by contacting us to return an item please follow the steps below:
- Mail your return to: The Concept Media Group, 1408 N. Riverfront Blvd., #134, Dallas, TX 75207
- Include a note with your name, email address, order#, address, and your intention (return for refund. Once your return is received, we will refund your payment.
For additional questions email us and please be sure to include your order # in the email. We will email you once we receive your return. Keep in mind, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the package using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Items not available for refunds will be noted on the product page.
